Outdoor Adventure and Conservation films from around Maine and across the world. The annual flagship festival is held in Portland each summer in late July. Following that, MOFF travels throughout Maine for a tour of uniquely curated screenings from August through October. MOFF donates a portion of its proceeds to Teens To Trails.

Fryeburg Fair, founded in 1851, has determined after weeks of discussion and careful consideration, to postpone this year's (October 4-11) fair due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our first priority is to protect the health and safety of our community as well as the thousands of visitors who come to our rural town and fairgrounds each year. We have been in constant contact with local first responders, community leaders and state officials. We have consulted with many fairs and venues across the country who are faced with these same challenges. As we follow the State of Maine and CDC guidelines we determined that social distancing and PPE considerations would be near impossible to ensure. We understand the fiscal role Fryeburg Fair plays in our community and the economic impact our event has on the many businesses, non-profits, entrepreneurs, farmers, landowners and individuals in our community and this decision did not come easy. Our plan is to continue our capital improvements planned for 2020 and look forward to Fryeburg Fair 2021 which will be October 3-10. We wish to express our gratitude to everyone for their continued support. It is because of our fairgoers, campers, employees, vendors, exhibitors and agricultural partners that Fryeburg Fair has enjoyed a long and wonderful history. It is with this same partnership we plan for a bright future. Our commitment to 4H is part of our agricultural mission. Fryeburg Fair is working on a plan to help our 4H members auction their animals as would ordinarily take place during fair week. The format has not been completed yet but please stay tuned.
