Dr. Patel is on the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Global Open Journal's Editorial Board spearheading its operative video instructional series endeavoring to train surgeons worldwide. He serves as Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at Florida State University and is an Instructor of Plastic Surgery with the University of Central Florida.
