Orium was founded in 2002, when Olivier Moreau noticed that there was a strong need for specific logistics services, which were not fulfilled. Coming from different backgrounds: mail order selling, logisitcs, IT services, and call center management, we have decided to combine our individual talents and skill sets, to create a complete solution, supporting the new Internet Entrepreneurs. We believe that success is determined by 3 key factors : - A a good operational logistic adapted to the volumes of orders and able to follow customers with strong growth. - An acute Customer Relationship Management, which is accessible to all : web visitors, e sellers and traditional customers. - An efficient Quality Management System, to build customer loyalty.
