We produce matched spatial transcriptomics, morphology imaging, and clinical datasets using patient tumor samples. Our presence in select geographies allows us to rapidly scale. Given the scale and heterogeneity of cancer, we believe it's important to capture this variation by sampling real-world data points that recapitulate patient biology. Models trained on the data we produce unlock capabilities like inferring spatial gene expression from H&E images, making them particularly valuable for clinical translation use cases. These include drug response and outcomes prediction, patient stratification, biomarker identification, and more.
