Oria is a cultural preservation company on a mission to ensure no community's history disappears on our watch. Most preservation efforts begin too late after the moment has passed and the person is gone. We built Oria to change that. We help libraries, museums, government agencies, and cultural institutions capture stories while they're still being lived, not just after the fact. We handle recorded histories too, but our focus is getting organizations in front of the right people before the window closes. Our team spent three years conducting 300+ interviews with historians, archivists, librarians, families and community leaders across 40 countries before building anything because we believe the people doing this work deserve technology that actually understands it.
