We at Organtek do not condone unethical practices, such as "totaling" a damaged organ or carillon just because the church wants a new one, or the dealer sees an opportunity to make an easy sale. In fact, we are so successful that many disreputable dealers and even one carillon manufacturer do not like for their customers to find out about us. We can usually restore an instrument to its previous condition or better, for a fraction of the replacement cost. And in most cases, our warranty exceeds the one that came with the instrument when it was purchased new!
