The Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) is a nationwide non-profit organization fighting for economic justice through home ownership and community action. Founded in 1988 by financial advocate Bruce Marks, NACA has been in the forefront of attacking predatory lending. NACA's "Best in America Mortgage" offers no down payment, no closing fees, low interest rate, no PMI loans to low to moderate income people. Our character-based approach means that perfect credit is not required. Our "HomeSave" program has helped over 250,000 people modify their high interest rate loans and keep their homes. NACA's "Achieve the Dream" events provides a one-stop mortgage processing solution that allows for same-day NACA mortgage pre-qualifications.
