Organisations Work is an organisational change consultancy founded by highly experienced change practitioners, Alison Davies and Gillian Hughes, drawing on many years active contribution to change programmes. We mould our approach to address your specific change situation and equip your internal resources with the necessary skills to confidently manage future change.
