ODC Inc. is an ethical based consultancy firm committed to poverty alleviation by transforming and strengthening institutions in developing countries. ODC inc was established in 1996 and provide institutional strengthening/development management and organisation development services. ODC has supported organisations in managing their development programmes/project through: programme/project design and planning, process consultation for implementation and backstopping, designing and managing the monitoring systems and evaluation of development programmes including midterm reviews, end reviews and impact assessments. ODC provides services in the area of training and learning, organisational assessment/audits, system designs and strengthening, strategic planning, policies development, human resource management. ODC has also undertaken a number of review, study and research including base line surveys and action research for its clients. ODC inc consist of three entities, ODC, IDMS and SBCK.
