ORG Consulting is a growing consultancy group aimed at offering a variety of services across Australia and Internationally. The business was started in 1996 by the Principal Graham Scott to offer services grounded in Organisational Psychology Practice. Our aim is to provide practical, applicable outcomes to our clients rather than “feel good” “seen to be doing” activities. A major differentiation is our ability and focus on tailored solutions as opposed to a “one size fits all; off the shelf” approach. The name “Outstanding Results Group” is our vision. While our services are mainly in the people side of the business we have a high level of skills in process development and management such as in Project Management Methodology – Developing and implementing issue management – performance management – problem solving etc.
