Ordinate Consulting is a solo fractional practice. I help small and medium businesses implement AI that actually gets used without hiring a team, betting the budget, or buying shelfware. Engagements are principal-led only. No juniors, no subcontractors, no handoff at the end. I join your team for 10–20 hours a week or a fixed retainer, embed in your tools, and stay until the workflow is being used in real work.
