ORDA Corporation is an umbrella company that controls investment partnerships for the acquisition, management, and sale of retail centers and single family homes for rent. Alongside ORDA’s assets, our in-house general construction team and property management operations facilitate leasing, tenant relationships, renovation and new construction. ORDA Corporation currently manages ~2M square feet of Retail in Texas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Ordacorp endeavors to build enduring, mutually beneficial relationships with its network of investment partners, brokers, tenants and community partners.
