We can help with compliance for individual software projects, implement policies practices and procedures to streamiline your compliance processes in the future, recommend and implement tooling and solutions, and advise on the establishment of an Open Source Program Office. As OpenChain (ISO5230:2020) partners, all our work is done with OpenChain compliance as the ultimate goal, even if there's no plan to implement OpenChain straight away. We have a close relationship with providers of the leading software SCA tools (such as Black Duck (Synopsys) and FossID), as well as experience and expertise with open source tools like ScanCode and FOSSology. We are internationally recognised with clients throughout North America, Europe and Asia. We also specialists in open source compliance for M&A and can work as part of a legal team seeking to undertake (or prepare for) due diligence on software development companies.
