Originating in 2007, Orchid Associates Group has developed and perfected a matching process to connect senior-level executives and solution providers during concentrated one-day event. The events take place in luxurious venues with numerous additional networking opportunities, allowing solution providers to meet a qualified pool of buyers, most of whom say they plan to do immediate business with vendors they meet at the Forum. We continue to add new Forums and Summits to our portfolio, introducing the face to face meetings concept to new industries and sectors. How It Works… - Each event team works six months in advance to invite and qualify delegates for each event. - Each delegate provides a company profile including their budget and upcoming projects. - Event managers then invite vendors who can fulfill the needs of attending delegates. - At the event – delegates and vendors meet one-on-one to develop a plan to meet company goals and build business relationships.
