At OrcaSpaces we specialise in transforming washrooms into modern, functional spaces. With a wealth of experience in the fit-out industry, our founding director found a niche in the washroom market which, if answered, would provide an excellent experience with smooth transition through the design, supply and installation of projects. Since then, our venture has expanded with the addition of modular buildings/pods. Our Pods, each designed and tailored to meet individual requirements, are suitable for classrooms, offices, changing rooms, toilets, extensions, annexes and so much more! Modular buildings offer a cost effective, permanent solution to space issues by creating additional, valuable space, with up to half the time of a traditional build.
