Orbita Technologies brings robotics and AI to the recovery of value from electronic waste (WEEE). Every discarded circuit board holds two kinds of value: components that still work, and critical raw materials locked inside those that don't. The bottleneck has always been telling them apart at scale. Our robotized micro-factory, paired with an AI vision system, identifies and sorts electronic components automatically — recovering reusable parts first, and channelling the rest toward critical raw material recovery. Reuse first, then recycle: a reusable component is worth far more than the materials it contains, and keeping it in use is the highest form of circularity. What can't be reused feeds certified recovery chains for the critical raw materials Europe depends on. We're building the infrastructure to make urban mining work at industrial scale — reducing waste and strengthening Europe's independence from imported critical materials.
