Orbit Homes is the development and sales division of the 39,000-homes Orbit Group. Operating with a ‘profit for a purpose’ ethos, we creates more than 1,500 homes a year across a range of tenures including affordable rent, private rent, shared ownership and market sale, with profits generated being reinvested into the wider business to help support our mission of 'building communities'. By 2020, Orbit Homes will deliver 12,000 homes across all tenures in a bid to tackle the UK's housing crisis.
