Orbis is a Miami-Based family owned real estate investment company that specializes in buying, selling and managing single and multi-family properties. Over the past 7 years, our principals have closed in excess of 300 properties, mostly financed with our own funds. These deals have been acquired as a result of a very conservative analysis, allowing investors to consistently generate competitive CAP and IRR rates. Besides maintaining a considerable portfolio under management, Orbis also provides Property Management and Realty services to multiple private investors.
