Orb Solutions was founded when, while working previously as a roofing contractor, our business was plagued with a myriad of problems in growing, from cash flow issues, bulging expenses from false promises to bring in new customers by big time marketing agencies, unrealized potential in new technologies and tools we had no idea or time to implement or use correctly. We set out to restructure our business and processes to provide world-class service with a customer-first mentality. We scoured the market for the best partners, tools, and software to deliver on our goal. We created internal training materials to self train our staff and technicians in a new way. It was a long and arduous process. But the new systems worked. We branded our new solution the ORB system and continued to work meticulously to improve it. In 2018 we set out as ORB Solutions and began to partner with other contractors in roofing and service-related trades. The rest is history.
