Founded in 1984, OR-X Ltd. is a privately held company specializing in the design and manufacture of electronic test equipment. The company main expertise is the signal source instrumentation, developing revolutionary new products with the latest technology. OR-X is Customer service and support and product quality are the company highest priorities. The company sells its products through representatives and distributors located worldwide. Additionally, OR-X design and produce a wide range of instruments sold by other companies under their own brand name. The main company activity and business is dedicated to the OEM markets, designing and engineering instruments for different companies. During our activity period, we design and manufactured instruments for world known companies as: Tektronix , Dynatech, Interstate Electronics, Grundig, Gould, Nicolet, Geotest, etc. An advanced design with top features and performance characterize all instruments. They are cost effective and reliable by using advance design tools, CAD software, simulation, automatic testing by advanced ATE equipment. Extensive use of in house designed hybrids, ASIC circuits and large scale FPGA allow a high level of integration and cost reduction. In house EMC testing and environmental control equipment allows product design to the latest EC standards. Short development cycles assure fast time to market for new instruments. OR-X is located in a new and modern facility located in one of country most know high-tech area, the Weizmann Science park. Highly educated and experienced electronic and software engineers are working in the Design and Engineering department. The use of qualified ISO 9001 subcontractors facilitates the assembly and production of large quantities with short delivery times and fast transition from design to production.
