Optium was founded on the belief that enterprise software should be both powerful and intuitive. Frustrated with the clunky, fragmented legacy systems that dominate the market, we set out to build a unified platform that employees would actually love using. Our team architected and delivered a cross-platform Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system from the ground up in just 14 months on a sub-$110k budget. The platform unified all core business operations—including modules for Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, HR, and Accounting —into a single, elegant interface for both web and Android. By integrating predictive analytics using a Random Forest model , our system empowered its first client to reduce material waste by over 15% and boost forecast accuracy by 35%. We managed the entire technology stack, from UI/UX and relational database design to deploying on AWS with automated CI/CD pipelines. Our mission was to prove that a comprehensive, enterprise-grade operating system can be radically simple.
