Sundeep is the Company and Technical Director of OES. Hes responsible for maintaining the very highest standards of the firms technical delivery of structural and civil engineering. He also manages OESs business strategy and development with partner Nathan Garbett with whom he co-founded the company in 2010. An award-winning engineer, Sundeep graduated from the University of Leeds with a Masters of Engineering Class 1 Honours Degree. He then went on to dedicate the next 20 years of his career to structural engineering. While working for a variety of civil, structural, and multi-disciplinary design consultancies, Sundeep contributed his expertise on a diverse range of projects worth more than £500 million. He has a plethora of experience in structural design from time spent working on buildings and highway structures. This helped him gain his deep understanding of both elemental and whole structure behaviour. Believing there is always room for improvement, Sundeep constantly looks for innovative ways to improve the speed of construction and to make the most out of the materials used. On every single project, Sundeep uses his knowledge and experience to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
