Optimum Construction has a long history, starting out by working very closely with four successful sister companies with rich histories, dating back to 1932. For most of the last two decades, Optimum Construction has been working strategically and diligently to ensure that everyone on our team has put forth every effort possible to meet our goal—100% satisfaction of every client. Our architectural studies, highly experienced management team, competitive prices, and ability to complete our projects within the agreed upon time frame—while maneuvering around the firm’s working hours were just some of the things that made our company stand out and succeed in such a relatively short period of time. We understand that different clients have unique needs. In order to better serve you, Optimum Construction has created two, independent divisions—a residential division and a commercial division (e.g., retailers, commercial real estate developers, and government agencies). Each team is specifically trained in their assigned division to ensure each and every type of client receives tailored, high-quality customer service—provided by experts in that specific sector.
