We are all engineers, and each member of Team Optimist has over 20 years of experience applying ourselves to a wide variety of technical challenges. Our vision is to apply our knowledge, experience, and expertise to our partner's problems such that they become our problems, which frees up our partners' time to better focus on their businesses. We specialize in combining advanced material science with an in-depth understanding of mechanical design for manufacturing to create products and solutions that are both efficient to produce and stand the test of time in service. In short, we apply our resources to provide our partners with the high performance tools, components, products, and services that they need, when they need them.
