Optimise Minerals brings proven High-Pressure Slurry Ablation (HPSA) to mining operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. We're the appointed regional agent for DISA Technologies' HPSA — a chemical-free, mechanical liberation process that helps operators recover more valuable mineral from the circuits they already run. Our focus is brownfield optimisation: working with existing operations to lift recovery and grade, increase throughput on a fixed cost base, and lower the cost per tonne of product — without rebuilding the plant. HPSA uses opposing high-velocity slurry jets to liberate minerals selectively, along their natural grain boundaries, at coarser grind sizes than conventional milling. It has been proven across more than 25 ore types — copper, gold, graphite, phosphate and more — with commercial installations in North America and independent verification by Eriez Manufacturing Co. and Midland Research Center.
