The club was a thought from a group of “Sentinels”. Start of the year 2020 demanded some steps which could change the way Competitive Programming was looked up in IIIT Bhopal. The group was continuously trying to formalize and organize these Tech activities under CODÂME, “ÂME” means soul, this French word can also be thought as "Code Aim" while speaking and it can mean where the soul is coding. We are proud to announce that in our very first year we managed to increase the avg regular participation in Online Coding Contests from a mere 16 to whopping 132, and as of now we have over 150+ above average and 50+ high rated programmers online. As the line goes, “Rome wasn’t built in a day”, we see this as an initiative which will grow day after day with every brick of code contributed by every coder of IIIT Bhopal as we look ahead to make our college a brand name in the field of Software Engineering and Competitive Programming.
