OptiGenomics uses systems biology approaches to significantly improve the performance of existing mammalian host cell lines for biologics, viral vector, and cell therapy manufacturing. We exploit our systems-level causality engine to diagnose and optimise productivity, product quality, and process robustness across CHO and HEK293 systems. We partner with biopharma, CDMOs, and cell and gene therapy companies to solve their hardest expression and manufacturing problems, particularly for difficult-to-express molecules and modalities where conventional approaches plateau.
