It keeps the shop floor and the data connected, through the people who run the line, so every improvement holds. How it works Capture: a photo, a voice note or a few words at the machine, on the phone the shift already carries. Connect: shift notes next to the machine data, on one timeline. AI analysis looks across both and proposes hypotheses. Execute: your people test each hypothesis on the floor. What holds becomes standard work. Verify: every shift confirms the action was done, with a photo, a reading or a sign-off. Each improvement is held in place, so the next one starts higher. Improvement and digitization go hand in hand. Seen apart, both fail: a large IT project the floor works around, or improvements logged in separate spreadsheets that nobody combines. The improvement gives the digitization a reason. The digitization gives the improvement a way to stay. How we start One problem on one line, with the people who run it: a process walk, an analysis of your own data, then a first improvement with success criteria agreed up front. A local extract from your historian or ERP, or the Excel files your teams keep, is usually enough to start. We build on top of the systems you have.
