We are user-centred design specialists who apply psychology and Human Factors to simplify, engage and innovate workplaces. At Opposite we are focused on new and counter-intuitive approaches to optimise workplaces. Applying these novel approaches, we are able to simplify processes, develop people and teams, manage change, and focus on the employee and the customer experience. To achieve this, we apply a variety of creative tools and services, such as process simplification workshops, organisational development programs, and training.
