OpportunAbility Information

OpportunAbility is a 501 c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing athletic, artistic, and mentorship opportunities for people with physical and intellectual disabilities. Our innovative programming/initiatives includes adaptive baton twirling/dance classes, a summer mentorship program for women with physical and intellectual disabilities, and an All Abilities Activities guide that details all activities and organizations available for people with disabilities in the Bristol, CT area. Our organization is guided by the belief that opportunities should not be limited based on ability. Opportunities to thrive and excel in recreation, education, and the workplace must be an unalienable right granted to all people, including people with disabilities. Our programs are innovative and are the first of their kind in Connecticut/ the surrounding area.
