The BIS is National Standard Body for India. It main function is to formulate and certify the Indian Stnadard. BIS is co founder of ISO and is Nodal Point for all TBT under WTO from India. Founded in 1982, AHC is one of India’s largest architecture and urban design practices, with over 600 architects. With work spanning five countries and nearly every metro city in India, AHC’s portfolio covers residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, sports, and civic buildings, as well as large-scale masterplanning developments. Led by Hafeez Contractor, the firm achieved one of its most significant recognitions in 2016, when he was awarded the Padma Bhushan, India’s third-highest civilian honour.
