OP/KM Information

My career has never followed a traditional path. I solve complex problems, connect ideas, and help people achieve more than they thought possible. My experience spans business development, product innovation, manufacturing, sales, marketing, operations, customer engagement, and organizational leadership. Along the way, I helped introduce 16 product lines, contributed to 12 patents, built a highly skilled and loyal workforce, and developed lasting relationships across a diverse national customer base. Beyond business, I have always believed in servant leadership. I have served more than 30 years in the fire service, contributed to national standards organizations, taught as an adjunct instructor, and mentored young people to achieve goals they once thought unattainable. These experiences reinforced a simple philosophy: leadership is not about position—it is about helping others succeed. Today, through OP/KM - Opportunity Prospecting, I am actively exploring the next chapter of my professional journey.
