Maintenance System (CMMS): - Asset management - Work Order System - Spare Part Management - Procurement - Condition Monitoring - Inspection Probably the only system in the market which combines traditionally maintenance system integrated with a powerful CM/Inspection system to handles all types of data/information in one system. 3. Lubrication & Hydraulic: We have a long history of supporting process industry both offshore and onshore. Our competent engineers help to optimize and improve systems. In special we are working with process gas turbines and compressors. One of our solutions are systems for removing and controlling Varnish build up in lube and hydraulic systems. Using the ESP system (Electrophysical Separation Process) the Varnish will be removed and the lube system maintained. By help of our OILAB we monitor RUL (Remain Useful Life), Varnish level, particle contamination, moisture, viscosity etc. Our engineers "translate" lab data to practical information for end-users.
