We make it easy to eat well – without overthinking it. Founded in 2013 by Shiri Avnery, PhD, and Ashwin Cheriyan, Thistle helps people get and stay healthy while improving the sustainability of the food system. Thistle delivers fully prepared, healthy-by-default meals, snacks, desserts, and organic cold-pressed juices. Designed by nutritionists, meals are rooted in scientific, evidence-based nutrition and focus on real whole foods, high protein and fiber, balanced macronutrients, and exceptional nutritional diversity to support long-term health and longevity. With fresh deliveries each week, Thistle puts healthy eating on autopilot – no prep, no tracking, no guesswork – while proving that a deeply nourishing, planet-friendly diet can also be incredibly delicious. We partner with local food rescue nonprofits to fight hunger and reduce food waste, and we’re proud to be recognized for our impact: Newsweek ranked us in the 2025 Excellence Index 1000, Inc. named us one of the fastest-growing companies in America in 2024, and in 2022 we received their Best in Business award for excellence in food and sustainability. Thistle delivers to major cities on the West and East Coasts and is rapidly expanding nationwide to make healthy eating accessible, craveable, and part of everyday life.

At graze, we’re snacking pioneers. That’s why since 2008, our taste experts have created each of our innovative new snacks with a few things in mind. They have to be mind-bendingly delicious with bold and surprising new flavours. Have a benefit or two (or three). And be made in a way that looks out for the planet we live on (which is why we're a proud B Corp). Because we believe that the little (sn)actions have the biggest impact. So, if you want to join a team of snacking pioneers who are hungry for positive change in the world, then you're in the right place. Take a look at our job vacancies and get in touch.

👋 We're a sustainable alternative to plastic water bottles. Want to help us make an impact in our national forests? Post a photo and tag us with #BetterPlanet. We will plant two trees for you. 🌲 We started with a simple idea: to create a better bottled water—one that's kinder to the planet and gives back. We quickly realized the answer wasn't a bottle, it was a box. Inspired by the classic beverage carton, we chose a design rooted in the past and reimagined for the future: simple, sustainable, and beautiful.
