They combine the most highly trained search and rescue specialists from within the Department of Defense with medical doctors, human space flight experts, fixed and rotary-wing capable aircrews to deliver the most capable rescue service in the industry today. The company offers an extensive network of recently separated and currently serving National Guard and Reserve United States Air Force Pararescuemen (PJ’s) with extensive combat, natural disaster and human spaceflight rescue experience. PJ’s are the only dedicated military special operators who are qualified and capable of offering paramedic level care autonomously, anywhere in the world. They specialize in rescuing personnel far beyond the typical first responder’s and Coast Guard’s reach, to areas only reachable by parachute insertion and high-angle of attack to facilitate terrestrial and open-ocean rescue of citizens in distress, boaters and astronauts. Additionally, they are able to retrieve and secure sensitive unmanned capsule payloads expeditiously. The Company’s founders were vital key personnel in the development of the tactics, techniques and procedures for astronaut rescue and retrieval for the Commercial Crew Program.
