OpenSpace is an open-source software bringing cutting-edge data visualization and science content to the general public. Built upon space and Earth datasets from NASA and other researchers, OpenSpace allows users to tour the virtual universe. OpenSpace is compatible with multiple operating systems, from planetarium domes to theaters, flat screens, touch tables, and more. Over forty institutions around the world use OpenSpace as a tool for science communication, interactive presentations, and STEM internships and learning. OpenSpace is funded in part by NASA under award No. NNX16AB93A.
