The OpenBiome Foundation exists to realize a powerful vision: that microbiome science can revolutionize health and transform lives. Originally founded to expand safe access to investigational FMT for patients with C. difficile, we’ve seen how microbiome-based therapies can offer hope when nothing else does. Today, as a nonprofit foundation, we're building on that legacy by closing critical gaps in C. diff care, advancing research, and sharing our know-how - all to ensure the next generation of breakthroughs reaches those who need them most.
