By turning every day house hold objects into robots, we can turn them into things that make our lives better, by making the things we already do easier. Adding intelligence to our dumb appliances, will allow us to take advantage of the latest technologies, without needing to buy all new stuff. By being open, we will also provide a platform on which children of all ages can build their understanding and scratch their own itches, improving the quality of life for all.
