Oparo Group is a established UK real estate investment house combining technology, institutional capital and housing expertise to deliver scalable real estate solutions with measurable social impact. Founded as the UK’s first algorithm-driven real estate investment house, Oparo developed proprietary technology to identify, assess and manage residential real estate opportunities at scale. Today, the Group focuses its technology and investment expertise on Social and Supported Housing, working across investment, development, asset management and housing delivery. Our approach combines data-led investment decisions with a focus on asset performance, resident wellbeing and long-term housing outcomes. In 2022, Oparo delivered 135 Supported Housing units across London, representing approximately £35 million of real estate, while partnering with Housing Associations across their development and asset management programmes. In 2023, Oparo co-raised £500 million of institutional funding capacity for mainstream residential social housing, further establishing the Group’s institutional investment platform. Oparo’s work has been recognised through multiple industry awards and nominations, including Social Impact Investor of the Year, Outstanding Social Impact Investor and FinTech of the Year, alongside recognition for innovation in property technology and ESG. Founder Toby Wilde was also recognised in the 2026 Great British Entrepreneur Awards, in the John Caudwell Social Impact category.
