We support staff and student behaviours and skills through our VLE and accredited courses. Our VLE Student Zone hosts engaging lessons for student induction and tutorial. Our VLE Staff Zone hosts engaging training modules on behaviour management, safeguarding and SEND. All engagement on the VLE is tracked so that staff and students can monitor progress and skill development. We have two core aims: to ensure that all students develop a professional digital CV that they can showcase with future employers and to ensure all staff have an outstanding professional digital CV in pastoral care.
