OohRah Fitness Information

OohRah Fitness is a mobile and studio based fitness and wellness provider serving the Washington, DC metropolitan area. We conduct group fitness classes for corporate America, churches, schools, and community groups. We also provide one-on-one personal training, basic nutrition consulting, fitness assessment and goal-setting, and fitness facility design consulting. The OohRah team is dedicated to giving individuals the tools needed to achieve "fitness today, health for life". OohRah Fitness was founded on the principle of helping people to live better, healthier, more fully, and with more energy. Healthy living through exercise and good nutrition is a lifestyle change, not a temporary diet or exercise plan, and it needs to be learned and then supported over time. From assisting with client workouts to providing nutrition counseling, we aim to be the community’s source for building healthier lifestyles.
