ONUS is a specialist design and advisory practice focused on gym, wellness and performance environments across luxury hospitality, private residential and the wider wellness sector. Much of our work begins before a space has been designed, looking at the role wellness should play within a property, who it is for and what the experience needs to deliver. Our work sits between strategy, design and the practical realities of how wellness environments are used and operated. We work across concept development, spatial and experience planning, equipment and performance strategy, and the wider decisions that shape how a space ultimately feels and functions. Our perspective is informed by decades of experience across human performance, hospitality, brand strategy and wellness, giving us a practical understanding of both the environments we are creating and the people who will use them. Beyond physical spaces, our work extends into the wider wellness landscape, including strategy, partnerships, experiences and activation.
