Wageningen University & Research provides education and generates knowledge in the domain of healthy food and living environment. ‘To explore the potential of nature to improve the quality of life’. That is the mission of Wageningen University & Research (WUR). A staff of 6,500 and 10,000 students from over 100 countries work everywhere around the world in the domain of healthy food and living environment for governments and the business community-at-large. ABT levert als onafhankelijk ingenieursbureau toegevoegde waarde aan de gebouwde omgeving. Voor zowel gebouwen als infrastructuur, nieuwbouw als hergebruik. Wij zijn actief in binnen- en buitenland. Vanuit onze veelzijdige kennis van techniek én proces verkennen wij samen met onze opdrachtgevers de grenzen van het mogelijke. Dit doen wij binnen de gestelde kaders en met aandacht voor duurzame en nieuwe ontwikkelingen. ABT is een multidisciplinair bureau dat de aanwezige kennis van haar ruim 250 medewerkers snel, flexibel en doelgericht combineert. Voor projecten van elke schaal en in iedere fase van het bouwproces: van initiatief naar ontwerp tot uitvoering en exploitatie. Onze dienstverlening richt zich op de kennisgebieden constructies, civiele techniek, bouwkunde, bouwfysica en duurzaamheid. Ook ontwerp-, project- en bouwplaatsmanagement behoren tot onze specialisaties. Samenwerking tussen deze kennisgebieden is voor ons vanzelfsprekend. Zo komen we tot hoogwaardige, vernieuwende oplossingen, waarbij techniek gepaard gaat met kennis van het proces. Onze multidisciplinaire aanpak helpt ons om voorloper te zijn binnen speerpunten als ontwerpoptimalisatie, veiligheid, BIM en BEM, en ondergronds bouwen.
