OnSite Technology is owned by Mark Lilly and has been serving customers in the Philadelphia area since May 2002.. Mr. Lilly holds 2 engineering degrees and has been employed in the IT world since changing careers in 1997. Over the years, Mr. Lilly has installed over 30 Servers and has provided reliable advice and technology solutions for hundreds of customers.. Prior to founding OnSite Technology, Mr. Lilly worked for 12 years as an Aerospace Engineer for the Department of the Navy. In that position, Mr. Lilly was an aircraft propulsion systems engineer that analyzed the engine usage of naval aircraft to determine the replacement intervals for the major parts in gas turbine engines. A background in engineering has provided Mr. Lilly with the sound thought process that is needs to support and troubleshoot computer networks. Mr. Lilly earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University while employed by the Department of the Navy. He received his Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Lilly has proven his expertise in supporting Microsoft products by passing over 20 Microsoft exams and earned his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification on the Windows 2000 product line. He also earned a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification in 2002. He earned CompTIA A+ and Server+ hardware certifications in 2002. In 2016, he completed vendor desktop and laptop hardware certifications for Dell, HP, and Lenovo.
