ONSITE is a leading engineering and design firm specializing in onsite wastewater treatment systems for small communities, commercial, and residential clients. Onsite's designs provide wastewater treatment performances equal to or greater than central treatment plants and small packaged treatment plants while allowing for treated effluent reuse wherever possible. Onsite Engineering also provides expert alternative decentralized wastewater treatment engineering studies for small communities, developers, and civil engineering firms. ONSITE is focused on the design of decentralized wastewater treatment systems in New York State. We work on commercial and residential projects ranging in size from single family residential to over 20,000 gpd. As a specialist in onsite wastewater, we are a resource to engineering firms for technical expertise. ONSITE has completed over 2,000 designs using 34 different types of systems and has long since been regarded as a pioneer in the septic industry throughout New York State. Our designs and innovative approach to simplicity have been published in many articles in national publications. If the conditions are right - we keep it simple and use gravity all the way. Murdock, P.E. has been completing environmental designs throughout New York State since 1994. His wastewater treatment engineering expertise extends from conventional onsite wastewater treatment systems to the more sophisticated and higher performance Alternative Treatment Units. Eric's background as the Project Manager for the EPA's National Community Decentralized Wastewater Demonstration Project at Skaneateles Lake enabled him to develop positive relationships within the US EPA, NYS Department of Health, NYS DEC, WERF, NOWRA and with numerous County Health Departments.
