ONSET AI Information

Your business needs AI Employees. Not another dashboard. ONSET is the AI back-office for Malaysian and Singaporean SMEs. We don't sell software you have to learn — we sell AI Employees that work like real staff. They speak BM, English, 中文 and Manglish. They keep their eyes on the live web. And nothing irreversible ships without your approval. The AI Employees: 🤝 Receptionist — answers WhatsApp at 2am. Books appointments, qualifies leads, hands off when stakes are high. 🎯 BDR / SDR — researches prospects, drafts personalised outreach, sequences follow-ups. PDPA-compliant with 21-day warmup baked in. 📞 Voice Agent — inbound + outbound AI calls. Native Mandarin, Manglish, BM, English. From RM 499/mo. 💰 AR Collector — chases overdue invoices via WhatsApp → email → voice. Hard human gate before any 61+ day legal action. 🧾 Compliance Officer — LHDN e-Invoice submission, MyInvois ASP-listed, 7-year archive. 🧠 Sales Strategist — takes a one-line brief, builds the bundle, generates the proposal — at a 60% margin floor. 🏛️ Chief of Staff — coordinates them all. Goal-directed meta-agent. Most AI tools speak English. We speak Malaysia. Lindy, Relevance, MindStudio — they cost USD and they don't know what an SSM number is. We do. We generate Mandarin natively (never translated). We write Manglish like a real receptionist. We know LHDN schemas, PDPA opt-out language, Hari Raya blackouts, and that you can't send WhatsApp during Friday Jumu'ah. Our promise: ONSET advises. Humans decide. Machines execute only what was approved. Every outbound, financial, public or destructive action goes through a 30-second cancel window. Every action logged, audited, replayable. Start with one AI Employee from RM 149/mo. Scale into bundles as you grow. → onset.my — Built by Marketing Lancers Consultancy Sdn Bhd (SSM 1460628-X) BNI-vetted · HRDF-claimable · MyInvois ASP · PDPA-aligned · ISO 42001 pursuing
