Business IT support is available for just £15.00 per month plus VAT, per workstation, giving you exceptional value for money and business peace of mind. What's more, we don't tie you in to a long term contract; it's just a monthly rolling agreement. The majority of issues are resolved using our remote access software, ensuring a speedy resolution and limited business interruption for you. Onsite visits can be arranged in the unlikely event of the issue not being concluded remotely. With a dedicated account manager, and support team based from the Chesham office, you can rest assured that you'll speak to the same people each time. No nameless faces just people that really get to know your IT business systems. The IT support helpdesk is available Monday - Friday from 9.00am - 6.00pm.
