Onfire replaces traditional checkout with a flexible payment model. Patients can pay in full or join our no-interest membership tier and pay over twelve months — without a hard credit check or impact to their credit score. Practices get paid upfront, keep their existing clinical workflow, and offer a payment experience that matches the quality of care their patients are paying for. We work directly with practice management platforms and clinic networks across the functional medicine and longevity ecosystem. Our Pilot Partner program offers zero platform fees in perpetuity to practices that onboard with us in 2026.
