We believe in challenging all traditional systems to forge new pathways toward success for black and brown people. Working with youth ages 14-24, we seek to build communities where young people can thrive, through our 3 pillars for engagement. 1. Level Up! | We provide career readiness programming that helps youth build their own unique pathway towards success. 2. Shape Up! | We ensure youth get adequate programming by centering healing, wellbeing, and community for everyone involved 3. Build Up! | We expose and connect youth to paid opportunities based on their talents, passions, and interests.
