These are the premises on which OneraX is built. There are companies of all sizes that keep their day-to-day administration up-to-date in SAP. SAP is a very useful system for this as it is so versatile. We are then very surprised to see that, further on in the process, SAP is abandoned and various exports are made to external add-on systems and Excel. Not only does this waste SAP’s potential, but it also generates a lot of extra work. This is reflected in high costs both internally and in the hiring of expensive external resources. Qualified employees are removed from their core activities and no longer do what they are paid to do and what they were recruited to do. Instead of analysing models and giving advice on them, they are building models in other systems such as Excel. OneraX believes that this can and should be done differently. It is no longer feasible to manage crucial financial processes (Tax, Legal and Accounting) in this way. Furthermore, local authorities want increasingly detailed information that leaves a transparent audit trail. Authorities are getting much better at benchmarking, making links and asking critical questions. This is one of the reasons that this application was built in SAP. Built to today’s standards. This is the first time that one system gives real visibility and total control over all financial flows.
